'Marriot Lodge' roof finishings

After a year of planning consent and listed building issues, we proudly deliver 'Marriot Lodge' roof finishings.

Working closely with the home we delivered 350m2 of overlay and tapered insulation in 12 weeks. We also redesigned elements of the flashing to allow for code 5 welted cladding. 

A fantastic job to put on the portfolio, and works to a fantastic care home who looked after our subcontractors from pre-start to final valuation.
