NEW DEVELOPMENT

New project alert Ford Roofing Ltd have been tasked with a complete Roof Refurbishment for long standing Client Barchester Healthcare at Plas-Y-Dderwen Care Home in Carmarthen, Wales. An install of over 2400m2 Russell Grampian Tiles supplied courtesy of SIG Roofing. Using Permavent Apex air permeable membrane to mitigate the requirement of additional eave/ Ridge ventilation. Logistically this project is extremely challenging with limited access to remove the large volume of Tiles and ancillaries from site and maintain the functionality of a live care home.
